Perhaps you are experiencing some emotional after effects from
a past abortion decision. Maybe you are ready to take the steps toward
healing - or maybe you are just trying to survive. Wherever you are,
you are not alone. Others have been through the same experience and
can understand what you are going through. Others also want to help
you back to a place of wholeness again.
Recognize that it is normal and good to mourn any loss, such
as the loss of an aborted child. Recognize also that it takes time
to mourn. Allow yourself to mourn. Accept your grief as normal rather
than burying it. You will always remember your baby, but the pain
will gradually fade as you begin the healing process.
We have many resources that can help you through this process including
a study called Her Choice to Heal. Mostly, we just have listening
ears, open hearts, and a desire to help you recover from the pain
you are feeling now. Please contact us soon. There is no need to stay
where you are. Even though the journey to healing may be a hard one,
it will never be as difficult as what you are living with now.
